My treatise is 20 pages long with lots of block quotes %26amp; lots of footnotes (200 of them). Colors (4) are commonly used. PDF works as one would hope, perfectly. But I can't, to my knowledge, transfer pdf to a blog, neither can I transfer it, in a readable form, to a free website that's available to me. I'm not proficient in HTML, but I could learn and rewrite the treatise if I absolutely have to. I'm looking for a free short cut, to enable me to publish.
How can I publish my treatise (for free) in pdf? Is HTML coding the only way to go?
Hi.
Yahoo provides you with two free web sites:
1. Yahoo! 360 which includes blogs and pics. Limit to how much you can customize it.
2. Yahoo! Geocities which you can you wizards to quickly create a web site BUT can upload your own pages AND use it in conjuction with Yahoo! 360. I have a link to my Yahoo! Geocities page on my 360 page.
I say use the FileManager feature on Yahoo! Geocities to upload your PDF file.

Reply:here try this it is free and all you do is download it, here's the link
Reply:download "open office" for free. open the document in open document then "save as" pdf file.
When you publish it upload the pdf as a file and put an html page with a link to the pdf file. when someone clicks on it it will open as an adobe pdf file for them.
Reply:Can you go to a computer lab on your campus and use Adobe Acrobat (not Adobe Reader) to "print" (print in this case means to Save As...) your document as a PDF? You can do this with either a PC or a Mac... but Macs (Apple Computers running Mac OS 10+) make the job free and easy because PDF is built right into the operating system.
