On my personal email how do I change my default from plain to html text?

My forwarded emails are not being sent in the correct form so I want to change to html.

With Classic mail:


On mail page%26gt;%26gt;click "options" (top right)%26gt;%26gt;then scroll to and click on "general preferences". Now go down to *Composing Emails*, and check the button by "compose with color and graphics"-----then click "save" at bottom of page.





With Beta or New mail:


There is a link on the composing page, at the end of the subject line------"Rich Text or Plain Text"----that will enable or disable that action.
