Rughster is correct. If you do decide to get a certification anyways though, w3schools is both reliable and recognizable by probably everyone in the field. I don't know of any other reliable certification for HTML.
Reply:I wouldn't recommend worrying about this certification. Every single person in any field of web design/programming has to be an HTML ace. I know that's not the answer to the question but something to think over.
