How can I draw a block diagram in Word or in a HTML page?
You can draw boxes from the shapes toolbar. Just go to your view-%26gt;toolbar and select autoshapes. From there, you will have boxes and different shapes and arrows.

You can draw boxes in html only with tables or CSS but you can't draw an arrow. You will need graphic software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Macromedia Fireworks.
Reply:You could try using Insert - Diagram - Org Chart.

Other than that you would really need Visio installed to draw what you are looking for I think.
Reply:I have a book of tips and tricks for Word that I have not looked at yet if you are intested email me click on my picture and send me an email and I will set it up on a server for you and give you the address
