How do I insert a flv video on my website in html?

I took this video and I want to put it on my site. It is a flv video and I keep it on photobucket. I know that they have the html to put it on but I don't want it to play on the photobucket video viewer. What can I do?

Reply:flv is a special video format so that you need a special utility to perform this on a web. photobucket video viewer is one of those utilities. But if you don't want to use it (like me, :D), you can use another codec for your own in your own site!
